How long will it take for my carpets to dry?
Typically it takes 6-8 hours to dry. The humidity and temperature can affect how long it takes also. We run Turbo Dryers after cleaning to help dry them faster.
We ask our clients to turn on fans and have HVAC system on to help speed the drying process.
What method do you use for carpet cleaning?
We perform Hot Water Extraction also known as Steam Cleaning. This is the most recommended by carpet manufactures.
Do I need to be home during cleaning?
No. We work with a lot of clients that have busy lives and prefer us to take care of their cleaning while at work. When scheduling your appointment we will make arrangements to get in and then secure your home when done.
Are cleaning supplies included?
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.
Do I have to be present for my cleaning?
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your property and we will clean while you’re at work or your business is closed.
When am I charged for the service?
You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home working, rounded-up to the nearest 15 minute increment.
Are there any commitments or contracts?
No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.
